We provide transparent shipping rates calculated to offer you the best value and security for your order.

2. Processing & Transit Timelines

At Guyhaven, we work efficiently to get your canvas bags on their way as soon as possible.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday - Friday). During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and pack your item securely.
  • Transit Time: 3 - 7 Business Days (Monday - Friday). Total delivery time depends on your location and the efficiency of the courier service.

5. Managing Delivery Issues

A. Missing or Incomplete Orders

If you receive your package and find an item is missing, please contact support@guyhaven.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the shipment and send the missing item immediately at no additional cost.

B. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you notice an error, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase.
Note: If the order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change the address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

C. Damaged During Transit
